More Info...Post Content ALT & Title Editor
This plugin has the hability to change the title and ALT of all the images in post content.
The plugin lists the posts on a table which you can order by name or category.
When you select one post, you see the images it has on it’s content, with a thumbnail and current (if any) title and ALT values. You can edit them from there.
